"I have been looking for a basic grammar book to use with my small adult ESL class (of mixed proficiency). This workbook is working well. The topics are described very well with lots of examples. Each lesson is followed by a variety of excercises suitable for individual work or group work, with some good suggestions for forums and discussions. The vocabulary and details are not overly American. I like the tone of the examples. The on-line resources look to be quite promising as well. This is the International Edition. There is an Answer Key, an Index and a detailed Table of Contents. There are some cartoon like illustrations.
