Summary: Developed by ProLiteracy with funding from Pitney Bowes, this resource is designed to help organizations explore the practices and procedures for setting up a variety of formal workplace literacy programs with businesses. It includes information on steps in developing the program, bidding the job, contracting for services, forming an advisory team, developing job profiles, setting goals and measurable objectives, and more. Sample documents are included in the appendices.
