Summary: This report describes a tool for literacy practitioners to use to assess, understand and learn from their experiences. Reflective practice guides practitioners in reviewing their beliefs and practices. In recognition of the complex activities of literacy practitioners, this tool is simple and not too time consuming to use. It can result in "more efficient use of time and better communication, planning and organizing".
