Early childhood development in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Summary: This report is one of twelve community reports describing children's outcomes and explaining them in terms of three factors: family background, family processes, and community factors. Children's outcomes were assessed in physical health and well-being, cognitive skills, and behavioural measures. This study was part of a national research initiative to provide communities with information to enable them to make informed policy decisions and select most beneficial programs for families with young children.
