Summary: This planning guide was designed so that any group of people who have come together to plan for literacy in their organization or community can work through the planning steps at their own pace, or with a facilitator. The Weaving Literacy project brought together literacy organizations and family resource groups from 22 communities across Canada to develop and implement a literacy plan.
